    This is an interesting solution. However where would you add the content editor web part?

    Hi Nikolay
    I am sorry to bother you again. The instructions are a bit confusing and I would love to get this solution working.
    I added the last question as instructed, then, on the survey page with the first question on the screen I added the script editor and inserted the code:

    $(document).ready( function() {
    var myinput = $(“input[title*=’Thank you for completing the survey.’]”);
    myinput.hide();
    });

    I am assuming you do not add the “begin tag jquery” and “end tag jquery”.

    I checked the brackets and semicolons and when I reload the survey the code actually appears above first question. Am I missing something?

    https://blahblahblah/jquery2.2.4.min.js

    $(document).ready(function(){
    $(“input[title=’Thank you for completing the survey’]”).attr(“disabled”, “disabled”);
    });

      $(document).ready(function(){
      $(“input[title=’Thank you for completing the survey’]”).attr(“disabled”, “disabled”);
      });
      </script
